Job description

Administrative Resource Options (ARO) is a leading international outsourcing firm specializing in office services management. Our services include copy/print, mail and package handling, reception, printer/copier fleet management, and office supply management.

Job Description

The employee will serve as a backup for two nearby sites during absences such as sick leave or vacation.

Initially, there will be 10 hours of training per week (2 days x 5 hours) until completion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Part-time, on-call work averaging 10 hours per week (not guaranteed)
  • Copying and printing tasks
  • Processing couriers via FedEx and Purolator systems
  • Mail sorting and delivery, applying correct postage
  • Hospitality functions
  • Quality control of completed jobs
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
  • Mailroom experience
  • Shipping and receiving experience
  • Color and black & white copier operation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service background
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
