Qualifications

• 1–2 years in markets, research, trading, or a related analytical role.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of macro information into clear, actionable outputs.
• Working proficiency with data tools (Excel/Google Sheets minimum; Python or SQL is a plus).
• Evidence that you actively follow macro markets — we will ask you what you think is happening and why.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability of the trading system end-to-end — from data pipelines to trade readiness and execution workflows.
• Track global macro in real time and surface signals across central banks, inflation, growth, commodities, and geopolitics.
• Contribute to trade thinking by researching macro themes, cross-asset relationships, and positioning; communicate insights clearly to strategists.
• Build and improve dashboards, pipelines, and internal systems to speed decision-making.
• Use AI and language models to automate workflows and accelerate research.
• Take ownership of targeted projects from research questions to system improvements.
