Job Responsibilities

1. Retrieve and review tooling prints for material and machining requirements.
2. Assist in the tool/die component assembly for new and existing tools as directed, adhering to die maker requirements.
3. Operate machinery such as milling machines, drill presses, grinders, saws, lathes, and heat treat ovens.
4. Maintain records of hours spent on each project.
5. Identify and address environmental requirements during duties.
6. Follow all safety protocols during work activities.
7. Comply with Business and Environmental Management System requirements.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives within Techform.
9. Contribute to achieving Techform's operational goals as outlined by key metrics.
10. Focus on customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
11. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or managers.
