Responsibilities

• Complete Set-up / operation of multiple 4 axis CNC Lathes & Mills.
• Ensure final quality of machined components.
• Report to the CNC Machine Shop Leader.

Job description

• Pay Rate : $38-42 / hr, depending on experience

Complete Set-up / operation of multiple 4 axis CNC Lathes & Mills in a custom high mix low volume environment.

Primary focus on safety performance above everything else including (Ergonomics, PPE, Risk Assessments, and behavior observation)

Report to the CNC Machine Shop Leader and work under minimal supervision

Responsible for the final quality of the machined components delivered from the cell.

Read and interpret drawings, setup sheets and revision changes.

Minimum completion of Post-Secondary Trade School Diploma in CNC Machining or equivalent

Minimum 5years experience as a manual / CNC Machinist

Special Considerations :

Lifting is generally in the up to 35 Lbs. range with minimal repetitions.
