Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking a hands-on CNC Machinist to operate and set up machines for repetitive machining tasks at our Ontario facility.

The role involves verifying part dimensions with precise measuring tools and maintaining equipment to ensure high-quality outputs. You will prepare etching solutions, manage CNC toolpaths (speeds/feeds/cuts), and uphold a clean, organized workspace in a noisy, dusty environment.

Qualifications

• Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations.
• Verify dimensions of machined parts using micrometers and calipers.
• Prepare etching solution and immerse metal parts to remove unwanted portions.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Enter speeds, feeds and cuts for CNC toolpaths.

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
• Enter codes specifying speed, feed and cut of the toolpath for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools
• Clean and maintain work space
