How You Will Contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

  • Safety and quality standards for operating machines
  • Reading and writing, and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the site

What you need to know about this position:

In this role you will demonstrate ownership for the equipment including; performing set ups, maintaining smooth operations, troubleshooting and performing sanitation and good housekeeping. You will be expected to communicate production issues to your Line Team and participate in trouble shooting as needed. During your shit you will complete reports on paper and on the computer.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

You will have a safety-first mindset, demonstrating attention to safety through the observational safety program (BOS & QRP) and follow all Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures for the packaging equipment. You will be committed to following GMP’s and quality standards. You will also have mechanical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and resolving issues independently or with Maintenance.

Education / Certifications:

  • Highschool diploma
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience


Job specific requirements:

  • Ability to lift 15 kg to a height of 180 cm.
  • Ability to communicate clearly; verbal and written.


Work schedule:

  • You can be assigned to any shift based on plan seniority and may be required to work weekends.
  • Flexibility to work any (2) mid-week days if selected for weekend shift.
