• Inspect equipment and inform the supply attendant of the type of onions to be processed according to the daily production plan
• Set equipment parameters before the start of the shift
• Monitor operations and report any irregularities to the immediate supervisor and/or maintenance (unusual noises, breakdowns, product quality issues)
• Feed the machine with the appropriate bag size
• Ensure packaging standards and specifications are met
• Perform product quality control and complete quality reports
• Perform all other related duties
