Candidate Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically active
• Lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk on concrete for long periods, work in various temperatures
• Operate machines safely, communicate effectively, and perform basic math
• Work flexible hours including overtime and weekends
• Complete background checks and drug screening upon offer

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment for production start-up
• Control line speeds and production rates, ensure product quality and safety
• Perform quality checks and complete required paperwork
• Use PPE and adhere to safety standards
• Maintain professional conduct aligned with company values
