Perricone Farms, a leading citrus juice supplier located in Beaumont, CA, is seeking a Production Technician 2 to join our team. This fast-paced position offers long-term, consistent employment with a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, life, and 401K.

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour + $1 Differential

Shift / Hours: 2nd Shift; Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with possible weekend work (if needed)

Job Responsibilities
  • Emptying or Filling 55-gallon Drums
  • Assembling, Packing, and Stacking boxes
  • Wrapping Pallets with Shrink Wrap
  • Operating Machinery
  • Unloading Fruit from Trucks
  • Grading or Sorting Fruit
  • Labeling
  • Ensuring Equipment is Functioning Safely
  • Logging Activities Daily
  • Setting up Production Area with Appropriate Materials
  • General Cleaning
Additional Responsibilities
  • Notify supervisor of issues
  • Follow all company policies and safety guidelines
  • Maintain work area according to cGMP standards
Food Safety & Compliance
  • Comply with OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations
  • Conduct verification activities to ensure product quality and safety
  • Participate in annual review of food safety system
  • Assist in maintaining Food Safety and Quality systems
  • Adhere to Non-GMO SGS Supply Chain Standards
Qualifications & Organizational Details
  • Reports to Shift Manager
  • High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is helpful
Physical & Work Environment
  • Must be able to stand, handle, reach, and communicate effectively
  • Lift up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Work involves exposure to mechanical parts, humid conditions, heat, chemicals, and noise
