Job summary

Tank Holding in Cornwall, ON is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to inject polyurethane foam into rotationally molded parts and assist with repairing and cleaning to ensure quality before transfer to the Secondary department for trimming.

You will work on a team in a hot manufacturing environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long shifts, and following all safety programs while meeting the production schedule.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively on a team.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand for up to 10 hours in a hot manufacturing environment.
  • 1 year of manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, prep and as needed repair parts prior starting the foaming process.
  • Inject foam into molded parts based on work order/customer specifications.
  • Clean and scrape off excess foam prior to moving part to secondary assembly.
  • Inspect each product for both quality and matching sales order.
  • Understand and follow all safety programs/processes.
  • Follow and track the production schedule.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled machine operator to join theteam! Your main job is injecting polyurethane foam into rotationally molded parts. You will also be responsible for repairing and cleaning parts to ensure their quality before transferring them to the Secondary department for trimming.

Key Responsibilities:
