Reliable Staffing is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our client’s production team in Vaughan, Canada. The successful candidate will operate and monitor machinery, perform adjustments and changeovers, and ensure production meets quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Machine Operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery.
• Follow all Health & Safety, GMP, and SOP requirements.
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic equipment checks.
• Monitor product quality, weights, and specifications.
• Identify machine issues and report maintenance requirements.
• Load packaging materials and ensure correct product/packaging matches.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete production paperwork and quality checks accurately.
• Support efficient production and troubleshoot line issues as required.
