EBC is looking for a skilled and dependable Machine Operator to support operations on the Highway 11 Interchange Project. The Machine Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipments, including excavation, grading, site preparation, road construction, utility installation, and general earthworks.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abbotsford, with multiple shifts available as required. The successful candidate will report directly to the Site Superintendent.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, experienced with heavy equipment, and able to work effectively as part of a construction crew.

This is a hands-on position that requires working primarily outdoors on active civil construction sites. The successful candidate must be comfortable working around heavy equipment, construction materials, uneven surfaces, dust, noise, and changing weather conditions.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, EBC Inc. has included the expected salary range for this role, which is$46-$49 per hour. Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity. Base salary is one component of EBC’s comprehensive total rewards offering, which may include performance-based incentives, extended health and wellness benefits, retirement savings programs, and career development opportunities.
