You will be joining a small founding team that:

  • Has successfully built, scaled and sold companies in the past.
  • Built software infrastructure that processed billions of dollars.
  • Backed by world-class VCs and operating partners that have invested and built iconic companies.
About the Role

What You'll Do:

  • We're indexing and searching on millions of government documents - at scale, we need to.
  • Optimize our existing processes for transforming, indexing and embedding data.
  • Optimize our search engine on top of this enormous (text) dataset.
  • Stay on top of the latest technologies and methodologies in AI and LLMs.

What You'll Need:

  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Past experience and/or research in optimization and search, NLP.
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.

And most importantly — humility towards the problems facing our customers and a deep desire to solve them.

Annual Base Salary Range (Toronto):

$150,000—$200,000 CAD
