Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking freelance sales associates to provide makeup application, skincare, hair or fragrance consultations and to deliver a welcoming, inspirational in-store experience in our Edmonton location.

You will work with a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and ensure top visual merchandising standards, while offering exceptional customer service and tailoring experiences to individual clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in Canada if invited to interview.
