Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Burnaby is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing the sales team to meet sales, service and operations targets. You will apply proven supervisory skills in a fast-paced cosmetics retail environment, delivering inspirational, authentic customer service and ensuring inventory and cash controls are managed effectively.

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store/counter by supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics

Pay Range: Anticipated Base Salary Range $44,000.00 to $55,000.00 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
