Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Delta, BC. You will lead by example, delivering authentic, personalized customer service while managing cash and opening/closing duties on a rotating schedule.

Ideal candidates bring retail cosmetics experience, the ability to coach others, and a track record of meeting sales and customer service targets in a fast-paced environment.
