Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a freelance sales associate to provide inspirational makeup, skincare, fragrance consultations and friendly customer service in-store. You will contribute to high-visibility events and help maintain standout visual merchandising, delivering an engaging shopping experience.

Certification in makeup artistry or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, but we welcome beginners with enthusiasm. You’ll join a dynamic team and grow with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized service.
• Retail makeup experience or certification desirable; beginner level welcome.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations.
