Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking dynamic freelance sales associates to provide makeup, skincare, hair or fragrance consultations in-store. You will combine creativity and technical expertise to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized customer experience that educates and delights shoppers.

You will work with a high-performing team to support in-store events and ensure visual merchandising standards stand out against competitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred, with demonstrable creative and technical expertise.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Willing to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proof of right to live and work in Canada if invited to interview.

As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (that provides either make-up application; skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will also like working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner-level expertise. Qualifications

• While retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise

• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point of sale software
