The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering excellent customer service and sales results in a fast-paced cosmetic retail environment. You will coach the sales team, handle essential cash reconciliation tasks, and participate in opening and closing shifts on a rota basis.
