CORA Group, part of Jonas Software, is expanding its M&A team and seeking an Associate Director to manage the end-to-end execution of mergers and acquisitions. You will work with senior leaders to review targets, draft transaction documents, and coordinate due diligence with cross-functional teams.

This role involves preparing investment memos, touring potential deals, and contributing to post-closing integration and performance tracking. A high-energy, collaborative environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Managing the execution of M&A transactions.
• Reviewing and preparing financial and valuation models.
• Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents.
• Taking responsibility for key internal M&A processes.
• Training and developing junior team members.
• Assisting in the integration of acquired businesses and tracking post-closing performance.
