CORA Group, a CORA M&A unit within Jonas Software, seeks a Senior Analyst to drive deal execution from screening to closing. You will collaborate with business development, portfolio managers, and external advisors, maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality analyses.

You will build valuation models, conduct financial and operational due diligence, and contribute to investment memorandums for senior executives. Hybrid Toronto location with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, private equity, investment banking or similar.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capability.
