As a Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and developing a team that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.
  • Championing the customer experience by managing a team with at least 2 years of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store or department.
  • Driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion through training the team to elevate both in-store and online customer experiences.
  • Developing others through coaching, performance improvement plans, and documented development efforts.
  • Managing various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure, with retail industry experience preferred.
  • Applying strong business acumen in luxury retail and executing business plans and company initiatives effectively.
  • Upholding a welcoming and inclusive mindset, and embodying core values.
