Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Loss Prevention Professional in Ottawa to maintain a secure store environment while delivering the Tiffany Experience to clients.

You will be the ambassador for the brand, blending security controls with exceptional service to protect assets and create memorable client moments. Responsibilities include supporting store operations, deterring theft, and coordinating with leadership on incident management.

Qualifications

• Must have valid security license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer skills for point-of-sale and security reporting.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees and serve as the first point of contact for Tiffany clients.
• Drive sales and service by acting as a Tiffany brand ambassador and supporting store operations.
• Carry out security and back-of-house procedures, including opening/closing, inspections, and incident reporting.
