Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a sales associate in Calgary to deliver a transformational client experience, build our brand one customer at a time, and drive business through sales.

You will demonstrate a strong commitment to service, curiosity about people, authenticity, fashion sense, and exceptional selling skills. You’ll be a resourceful, collaborative team player who supports loss prevention and upholds Tory Burch standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in high-volume, customer-driven retail.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive sales.
• Deliver the customer experience through selling skills and product knowledge.
• Communicate Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers.
• Follow and maintain all sales and operational policies.
