Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience through selling skills and product knowledge while communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures as a Key Holder, including counting funds and deposits.
