Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a premier luxury residential and mixed-use property in downtown Toronto. The role focuses on delivering top-tier service, performing preventive maintenance, and handling resident requests to uphold high property standards.

The position is full-time and live-out, with regular M-F hours. Experience in luxury multifamily environments is preferred, and the compensation includes a base salary, discretionary bonus, benefits

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance in multifamily or luxury residential properties.
• Strong communication and resident-focused service approach.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot a variety of systems.
• Proficient in preventative maintenance and building operations.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule; after-hours response.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting in suites, common areas, and building infrastructure.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally; resolve issues to a high standard.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to support system longevity.
• Assist with suite turnovers and ensure units are ready for occupancy.
• Maintain presentation and functionality of shared spaces, amenities, and exterior areas.
• Identify issues, investigate, and coordinate repairs with external contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service requests.
• Support building operations and on-call rotations as required.
• Ensure all work follows health and safety and property procedures.
• Provide high level of customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors.
