Job summary

Digitail is hiring a Content Manager to lead video and written content that speaks natively to each social platform. You will edit, shoot, and publish short-form video, while developing long-form pieces like case studies and newsletters with Claude AI support.

Qualifications

• Elite video editing chops with a track record of standout short-form content.
• Strong social media instincts across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Ability to tailor content natively for each platform.
• Some experience with motion graphics or basic animation.
• Excellent captions, hooks and CTAs with a human tone.
• Comfort using Claude, GPT or similar AI tools to accelerate writing.
• Self-starter who can manage calendar and deadlines autonomously.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for live shoots.

Responsibilities

• Own Digitail’s social presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn with native content.
• Produce short-form video (reels, YouTube Shorts) and behind-the-scenes clinic footage.
• Bring light motion graphics and visual creativity where images fall short.
• Film, edit, and publish independently using CapCut, Descript, Canva or similar.
• Interview veterinarians and staff to capture authentic stories for social and case studies.
• Develop and manage a content calendar balancing product education, stories, humor and thought leadership.
• Track reach, engagement, saves, shares and pipeline correlation; iterate accordingly.
• Repurpose long-form content into snackable formats for each platform.
• Travel to conferences, trade shows, and customer clinics to film live content.
