Job summary

Four Seasons Toronto is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and train a team to the hotel’s exacting cleanliness standards. The role requires ensuring guest rooms meet Four Seasons quality, coordinating with managers, and supporting daily department operations.

The position involves rotating shifts, training responsibilities, and close collaboration with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in housekeeping in a hotel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with hotel software such as HotSOS is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Inspect and coach a team of Housekeeping Attendants and Housepersons to meet Four Seasons standards
• Schedule daily work assignments and monitor progress on guest rooms
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special requests and resolve issues
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure cleanliness of corridors and public areas
• Assist leadership with daily department operations and training
• Complete the evening housekeeping report and address discrepancies
