• After closing a sale, monitor shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all sales policies and procedures.
• Maintain keen interest in fashion industry and market trends.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Build and maintain repeat clientele; utilize client book.
• Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked.
• Assist in inventory, stock, shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Participate in inventories and adhere to POS policies and register functions.
• Ensure image and grooming standards reflect brand image; adhere to schedule and attendance.
• Participate in training and development seminars and meetings as directed.
