Job summary

CMI Concierge & Security Inc. in Vancouver seeks a Cleaner Supervisor to lead cleaning operations in a luxury residential condo community. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction while supporting daily building operations.

Ideal candidates have hands-on cleaning leadership experience, excellent customer service, and the ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered as part of a stable team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in building cleaning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, use power tools, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working with pressure washing and pool maintenance equipment (training provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and organized work environment in all areas via sweeping, wiping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming or other methods.
• Services, cleans, and supplies all restrooms daily
• Cleans windows and mirrors
• Organizes janitorial storage areas and manages janitorial supply inventory
• Uses such personal protective equipment as is required at all times
• Removes waste and empties trash
• Reports any unsafe conditions or items in need of repair or maintenance
• Follows all health and safety regulations.
