Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver is seeking a Bar & Restaurant Manager for ARC Restaurant and Lounge and In Room Dining. You will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and drive luxury guest experiences.

With at least three years of luxury hospitality management, you will oversee bar operations, cocktail development, inventory, and cost control, while developing your team and collaborating with culinary leadership to execute promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management experience in a luxury hotel, premium restaurant, or F&B operation.
• Strong cocktail and bar management experience, including beverage costing and inventory control.
• Wine knowledge; sommelier designation an asset.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and manage costs.
• Knowledge of Forbes and LQA standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of ARC Restaurant and Lounge and In Room Dining.
• Oversee bar operations, cocktail development, purchasing, inventory and training.
• Analyze sales and menu performance to identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with culinary and hotel leadership on promotions and events.
• Forecast, schedule, and manage labour to meet targets.
• Coach and develop team; ensure exceptional guest experiences.
