Job summary

Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver seeks a Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service, anticipate needs, and provide personalized recommendations. Reporting to the Chef Concierge, you will liaise with multiple departments and uphold brand standards across luxury hospitality.

You will promote hotel services, assist with guest plans, and ensure smooth operations while staying informed about local attractions and attractions. Flexibility in hours is required, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hospitality environment is required.
• Excellent knowledge of Vancouver and local attractions.
• Computer literate; familiarity with Opera Cloud, OpenTable and Kipsu is a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
• Develop and maintain strong guest relationships and loyalty.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office and Fairmont Gold.
• Handle guest concerns with proper logging and follow-up.
• Promote and sell hotel services and supplier offerings.
• Maintain lobby condition and assist with daily tasks as assigned.
