The Luxury Automotive Sales Representative is a pivotal position responsible for showcasing and promoting our products. This role plays a crucial part in educating customers, providing product demonstrations, and contributing to sales success. The purpose of this position is to enhance the overall customer experience, drive product awareness, and support the achievement of sales targets.
Stay updated on product updates, new releases, and industry trends
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries effectively
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and capabilities
Highlight the value proposition of our products to potential customers
Collaborate with the sales team to support product-related sales efforts
Provide product expertise during sales presentations and meetings
Facilitate workshops for customers to deepen their understanding of our products
Gather and analyze customer feedback on products.
Develop and Grow a loyal customer base with support from the management team
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
Highly self-motivated with an insatiable drive to achieve success
A minimum of 1 year experience working in a dealership or in a similar role
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
Flexibility to adapt to changing product offerings and market dynamics
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
