Birks Group is seeking an After-Sales Service Coordinator for our flagship Montreal store to ensure seamless after-sales experiences and strengthen client relationships. You will support operational excellence and foster a service-focused culture.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service or after-sales, with luxury retail experience beneficial; fluency in French and English is essential, along with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or after-sales service.
• Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or watchmaking is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate after-sales service requests (repairs, special orders, watch accessories).
• Collaborate with suppliers, brand partners, retail teams, and the Birks Workshop for service execution.
