Job summary

Pembina Trails School Division is seeking a Lunch Program Supervisor to oversee the midday supervision of students during the 12:00 pm to 1:10 pm lunch period, Monday through Friday, at a Winnipeg school. The role focuses on safety, positive interactions with children, and clear communication with staff.

Candidates should have a criminal record check and a good command of English, with prior experience with school-age children preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with clear verbal and written English.
• Good command of English is required.
• Experience working with school-age children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunch hour, ensuring safety indoors and outdoors.
• Coordinate with the coordinator and/or principal to support a safe lunch period.

Lunch Program Supervisor

Hours: 12:00 pm – 1:10 pm – Monday through Friday

Preferred Skills and Certification:

• completed criminal record and child abuse registry check
• excellent communication skills
• good command of English
• previous work with school age children

Working under the supervision of the coordinator and/or principal caring for the safety of childrenduring their lunch hour. This could include both indoor and outdoor supervision.
