Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education is seeking a Casual Lunch Bus Grounds Supervisor to supervise students before and after school, at lunch, and on/off school buses across various schools in the region. The role supports safe, orderly student activity and requires alertness and reliability.

Applicants must have Grade 12 or equivalent, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students before and after school, at lunch and on/off school buses.
• Provide supervision during lunch and noon hours as directed by the principal.
• Monitor washrooms during lunch, ensuring no food/drink brought in.
• Clear tables, sweep floors, and assist with class transitions as directed.
• Familiarize yourself with medical or other needs of students in your supervision.
• Report any problems to the principal or designate promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
