RONA in Baie-Comeau, QC, is looking for a lumberyard team member to help customers and keep the department organized. You will provide expert advice on lumber and building materials and assist with loading products safely.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Knowledge of building materials is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with expert advice and assistance for their lumber and building material needs.
• Assist customers in loading product safely and efficiently; check invoices and verify correct product is provided.
• Assist with the daily upkeep of the department including unloading trucks, culling lumber, organizing stock, cleaning, price labelling, and maintaining pallets/stock.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees and customers.
• Opening and closing duties as needed in the Yard.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
