Job summary

RONA is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Outaouais location to lead a team and drive a superior customer experience.

You will supervise priorities, manage merchandising, assist in recruiting, schedule staff, coach teams, and oversee promotions to support store growth. Strong leadership, 5 years in personnel management and retail experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in personnel management.
• Experience managing a retail business.
• Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirements.
• Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directions.
• Supervise the replenishment process.
• Manage promotional activities according to sales and company initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility.
• Determine work schedule while complying with the labour budget and customer needs.
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
