Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of Retail or Trade experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide assistance across departments.
• Greet, engage, and thank customers in the store.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services, and how to recommend them.
• Discuss options (good/better/best) and suggest related items outside of department.
• Educate customers about the whole project and empower them as needed.
• Maintain daily stock, ensuring products are signed, displayed, and clean.
• Maintain knowledge of all products in department and adjacent departments.
