The Operations Accounting team plays a pivotal role in providing accurate and timely financial and management information to all necessary stakeholders. An integral part of the Operations Accounting group, you work with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy in the Operations Accounting and compliance with internal controls. We provide a tremendous opportunity to learn about many of operations within lululemon that impact our team by often working in cross-functional teams on a variety of projects.
We are hiring two Junior Accountants, Operations Accounting. While both roles share a common foundation in operational accounting activities, each position will support a different area of the business, with a focus on either our European entities or US store depository accounts.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $59,800-$78,500 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
