Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Global Finance Shared Services Specialist to oversee corporate credit card administration and support expense-related inquiries, collaborating with offshore teams to ensure efficient expense processing. The role focuses on Coupa and ServiceNow workflows within a global framework.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field; Diploma/Certificate in Accounting and Finance is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle and/or Coupa is considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel Skill is an added advantage
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Shared Services environment
  • Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ongoing communication and relationship with banking partners to support card program operations and resolve issues efficiently
  • Manage and support the administration of global corporate credit card programs, ensuring alignment with policies and controls
  • Partner with offshore teams to review and strengthen Shared Services controls, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance (e.g., manual entries entered into Oracle EBS)
  • Prepare, review, and validate reports to support payroll, compliance, and financial accuracy
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders at various levels of seniority to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve alignment, consistency, and standardization
  • Manage and support end-to-end expense processes, including reclassifications.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to validate data integrity, policy adherence, and completeness of supporting documentation
  • Maintain and improve process documentation, knowledge base resources, and standard operating procedures

About this team

The Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) team plays an important role in supporting lululemon's operational efficiency and scalability. Within GFSS, the Spend Enablement & Control (SE&C) team processes payments for lululemon and supports the business with invoice and employee expense related inquiries globally. We strive to provide seamless customer service, while maintaining robust processes and controls to uphold compliance and efficiency.


Core responsibilities

As a Global Finance Shared Services Specialist, you will oversee corporate credit card administration and serve as a key point of contact for expense-related inquiries, primarily supporting Coupa and ServiceNow workflows. Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $71,400-$93,800 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
