Job Title: Lube Technician

Martin Automotive Group is seeking experienced Lube Technicians to join our team at Subaru of Ontario. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, starting with our valued employees. If you have at least two years of relevant experience and are passionate about automotive service, this position might be perfect for you!

Responsibilities

1. Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
2. Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders, ensuring efficiency and accuracy according to dealership and factory standards
3. Assess vehicles to determine if additional work is needed
4. Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles
5. Keep the service area tidy and ensure all dealership tools and equipment are accounted for
6. Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Availability to work all shifts, including Saturdays
• Proficiency with computer applications related to training and vehicle diagnostics
• Valid driver’s license
• Manual dexterity
• Open availability
