Job summary

CareRx is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant, L1, to support a group of LTC homes and retirement communities in Victoria. You will assist with preparation, packaging and organization of medication deliveries while helping maintain daily pharmacy operations and patient safety.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy and confidentiality, with on-site duties at the Victoria pharmacy. Training is provided for those new to the field, and there is a defined work schedule.

Qualifications

Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or certification from an accredited program preferred; training provided.
Basic working knowledge of pharmacy inventory processes.
Strong numerical and writing skills; attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

Prepare and label medications for packaging and dispensing.
Assist with daily pharmacy operations and record-keeping.
Support inventory management and pesticide? (based on text)
