Job summary

AgeCare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide person-centered care to residents. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care in compliance with provincial standards, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to care conferences.

Qualifications

• Current registration and in-good-standing status with the applicable provincial regulatory body.
• Experience in senior care or long-term care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification current.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and medication/treatment administration.
• Develop and evaluate care/service plans with the inter-professional team.
• Assist with scheduling care conferences and participate as applicable.
