Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse with current provincial registration.
• 3+ years of experience with seniors’ health.
• Current CPR training.
• Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates leadership, coaching and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and medication/treatment administration and document care in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Complete and ensure resident's clinical care assessments, care/service plans and documentation are accurate, up to date.
• Assist with scheduling of resident care conferences and participate in conferences.
• Work closely with the Director of Care to facilitate moves and transfers.
