Job summary

Radius Community Health and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the SCS team in Edmonton. You will deliver direct client care, emphasize rapport with participants, and support harm-reduction oriented services within a primary care setting.

The role focuses on reversing drug poisonings, supervising client care, and connecting clients to Radius programs to progress toward recovery. Strong trauma-informed approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Current registration with CLPNA (LPN) in good standing.
• Mandatory vulnerable sector check and suitable criminal record check.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with service users and provide referrals to support services.
• Provide education on safer drug use, harm reduction, and sexual health; Naloxone training as needed.
• Monitor and respond to substance use and overdose within scope of practice.
• Coordinate care and liaise with Radius programs to support recovery pathways.
