Job summary

The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory is seeking an experienced LPN to provide nursing services in our healthcare settings in Victoria, BC. The role involves patient care coordination, medication administration, and collaboration with RNs and supervisors to ensure safe, effective care.

Ideal candidates hold a current BC LPN license and have strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized LPN program or equivalent training and experience.
• Current full practicing licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of B.C. (CPLBC).
• Proficiency with standard computer software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed practical nurse services in acute or community healthcare settings.
• Coordinate health services and assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications and collaborate with RNs/RPNs and supervisors as needed.
• Follow safety, OH&S directives and infection control guidelines.
• Participate in staff orientation and perform related duties as required.
