ParaMed Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead Health Care Aides and Nurses delivering community‑based care. You will assess, implement and evaluate clinical interventions to ensure safe, quality and ethical care.
You will supervise staff, drive patient safety initiatives, and collaborate with the nursing team on documentation and funder reporting, while engaging patients and families in care planning and education.
In this valuable role, the Clinical Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of Health Care Aides and Nurses who are caring and making a difference for clients within the community. The Clinical Supervisor will have the expertise to assess, implement and evaluate a wide range of clinical care interventions to ensure the delivery of safe, quality, and ethical care.
