Position: Server
Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC
Hours: Full-time/Part-time, Flexible scheduling
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + tips

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining and drinking experience
Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our POS system
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:

Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting preferred
Proven customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
Passion for sports and enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences for guests
