Position: Server

Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC

Hours: Full-time/Part-time, Flexible scheduling

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + tips

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining and drinking experience
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting preferred
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for sports and enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences for guests
